Club Penguin Island 1.2 Update Has Been RELEASED

Club Penguin Island has released their first crucial update to the game, also known as the 1.2 update. You can get the update by going to the iOS App Store or the Google Play store. The first thing you’ll notice about the update is the slight change of the loading screen. The ribbon banner is now blue instead of orange.

The settings and the Daily Challenges have been transferred to a new phone feature. The pre-1.2 settings icon is now a map.

The phone is where you can access the Island News blog, settings, Daily Challenges and the Penguin/Pacific Standard Time.

This is what the Island News blog interface looks like on the app.

The map is basically the same ability as the original Club Penguin. Tap on a room to go there.

The Sea Caves now has some sort of emoji indicator.

There’s now¬†Dot’s catalog in the clothing customizer, where players can submit their designs.

That’s pretty much it with this update. I was expecting the Earth Day event to come with this update. So, I’m assuming that’s a bug and they’ll¬†implement the decorations later.
